Was erwartet dich?

Du bist Teil unseres Customer Success Teams und unterstützt das Team bei deren Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit unseren Kund:innen
Du übernimmst Aufgaben von Datenanalyse und -verarbeitung über die Begleitung von Kundenterminen bis hin zur Übernahme von internen Projekten
Du erhältst tiefe Einblicke in deren Arbeitsgebiet und Tätigkeiten und leistest deinen Beitrag, unsere Kund:innen erfolgreich zu machen
Du lernst viel über die Arbeit in einem Scale-Up und die Verwendung modernster Tools und Techniken

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du studierst aktuell, die Fachrichtung spielt keine Rolle
Du überzeugst durch deine Motivation, deinen Teamspirit und deine selbständige Arbeitsweise
Du punktest mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einem guten Auge für Details
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

You are part of our Customer Success Team and support the team in their activities in connection with our customers
You will take on tasks ranging from data analysis and processing to accompanying customers to taking over internal projects
You will gain deep insights into their field of work and activities and contribute to the success of our clients
You will learn a lot about working in a Scale-up and using the latest tools and techniques

What should you bring along?

You are currently studying, the subject does not matter
You convince with your motivation, your team spirit and your independent way of working
You score points with your quick comprehension and a good eye for detail
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
