Als einer unserer Frontend Developer (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, die Nutzererfahrung unserer Cloud-Plattform mitzugestalten. Du verwandelst komplexe Anforderungen in intuitive, zugängliche und elegante Benutzeroberflächen, die unseren Kund:innen helfen, ESG- und Compliance-Themen einfach zu navigieren. Gemeinsam mit einem cross-funktionalen Team bringst du neue Features zum Leben – vom ersten Entwurf bis zur letzten Codezeile – und trägst so zu einem Produkt bei, das wirklich einen Unterschied macht.

Was erwartet dich?

Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit einem unterstützenden Team zusammen, um neue Features für unsere Cloud-Plattform zu entwickeln und echten Mehrwert für unsere Nutzer:innen zu schaffen
Lösungen: Du setzt dich mit den Bedürfnissen und Prozessen unserer Kund:innen auseinander und gestaltest intuitive Lösungen mit
User Experience: Du legst Wert auf ein großartiges Nutzererlebnis und trägst dazu bei, eine effektive und benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche zu entwickeln
Entwicklung: Deine Meinung zählt – du bringst dich aktiv in die Feature-Planung und technische Diskussionen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Ausbildung: Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Software-Ingenieur mit
Kenntnisse: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in JavaScript, React, D3.js, Webpack, Jest und Redux.
Frameworks: Du hast gute Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS3 (Flexbox, Utility-First Frameworks).
Zusammenarbeit: Du warst bereits Teil eines agilen Entwicklungsteams und hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI-Designern.
Kommunikation: Du bevorzugst offene Kommunikation, Feedback und kurze Entscheidungswege.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du legst Wert auf eine klare Kommunikation und sprichst fließend Englisch.

As one of our Frontend Developers (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our cloud platform. You’ll turn complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and elegant interfaces that help our customers navigate ESG and compliance topics with ease. Together with a cross-functional team, you’ll bring new features to life—from the first sketch to the final line of code—and contribute to a product that truly makes a difference.

What should you bring along?

Experience: You bring experience in software engineering, ideally with a background in computer science or a similar field
Development: You’re comfortable developing modern web applications that work across browsers and devices
Tech Stack: You’ve worked with technologies like JavaScript, React, and D3.js—or are excited to learn
Environment: Familiarity with HTML, CSS3 (Flexbox, Utility-First Frameworks), and agile teamwork is a plus
Culture: You enjoy open communication, value feedback, and appreciate collaborative decision-making
Laguage: You speak fluent English and enjoy working in diverse, international teams
