As our Working Student Sales Operations (m/f/d) in the Sales department, you will support our sales team in the data-driven development of our sales processes – with direct impact. In close collaboration with the Team Lead Sales Operations, you will take on smaller analyses and operational tasks along our digital sales workflows. We are looking to fill the position from January, ideally in Munich.

What can you expect?

  • Data Analysis & Research: You analyze market and competitor data, support with research tasks, and identify patterns in customer or CRM data

  • Data Quality & Maintenance: You help keep our CRM data (e.g., in Salesforce) up to date and consistent

  • Preparation of Materials: You create presentations, templates, and structured information for customer meetings and workshops

  • Team Enablement: You support with smaller work packages, think through processes logically, and contribute to cross-team coordination

What should you bring along?

  • Studies: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field

  • Working Style: You work in a structured manner, love diving into data – and can communicate your insights clearly

  • Tools: You have some experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce (or are eager to learn)

  • Team Spirit: You work independently, are well-organized, and bring a collaborative mindset

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have excellent English skills
