Was erwartet dich?

Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie und Roadmap für unsere B2B-SaaS-Plattform unter Berücksichtigung von Geschäftszielen und Kundenbedürfnissen, in Abstimmung mit der Vision und den Zielen des Unternehmens
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, um strategische Pläne in klare Aufgaben für das Entwicklungsteam zu übersetzen, einschließlich der Ausarbeitung und Verfeinerung von User Stories und anderen Aufgaben
Die Rolle fungiert als Brücke zwischen Produktmanagement und Entwicklungsteam, indem die Vision und Anforderungen des Produktes in klare Anweisungen und Aufgaben übersetzt werden.
Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Überwachung und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs, wobei die strategischen Ziele und Prioritäten berücksichtigt werden.
Aktive Teilnahme und Verantwortung bei Scrum-Events wie Sprint-Planung
Überwachung und Analyse der Produktleistung auf dem Markt, Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung und Optimierung
Verfolgung eines kundenorientierten Ansatzes während des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses, um sicherzustellen, dass die Endbenutzung intuitiv und effektiv ist
Koordination von Produktdemos, Präsentationen und Schulungen für interne Teams und Kunden

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Produktowner in der B2B-SaaS-Branche, mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz bei der Einführung von SaaS-Produkten
Tiefes Verständnis des B2B-Softwaremarktes, der Benutzererfahrung und der Kundenbedürfnisse im SaaS-Bereich
Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und im Produktlebenszyklus sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten sowie ein gutes Stakeholder-Management
Ausgezeichnete Analyse-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Ergebnisorientiertes Denken mit Schwerpunkt auf der Förderung des Geschäftswachstums durch innovative Produktlösungen
Hintergrundwissen in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, ESG und / oder Lieferkettenwird als wertvolle Bereicherung angesehen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?

Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform, taking into account business goals and customer needs, in alignment with the company's vision and goals
Work closely with product management to translate strategic plans into clear tasks for the development team, including drafting and refining user stories and other tasks
The role acts as a bridge between product management and the development team by translating the vision and requirements of the product into clear instructions and tasks.
Responsible for creating, monitoring and prioritizing the product backlog, keeping strategic goals and priorities in mind.
Active participation and responsibility in scrum events such as sprint planning
Monitoring and analyzing product performance in the market, deriving measures for improvement and optimization
Pursue a customer-centric approach throughout the product development process to ensure end-use is intuitive and effective
Coordinating product demos, presentations and training for internal teams and customers

What should you bring along?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
Several years of experience as a product owner in the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of launching SaaS products
Deep understanding of the B2B software market, user experience and customer needs in the SaaS space
Extensive knowledge of software development and product lifecycle and experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and good stakeholder management
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented thinking with a focus on driving business growth through innovative product solutions
Background knowledge in sustainability, ESG and/or supply chain will be considered a valuable asset
Fluency in German and English
