Solution Sales Consultant (m/w/d)

Was erwartet dich?

Du bist für Themen in den Bereichen IT Security (AWS Rechenzentrum / SSO) verantwortlich
Du erklärst den Kunden den Prozess mit den Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen wie z.B. ERP, Procurement, BI oder BA
Du übernimmst die Beantwortung der Fragen zu fachlichen Themen wie z.B. Datenschutz
Du bearbeitest Ausschreibungen, RFI und RFP im Hinblick auf die genannten Themen
Du steuerst Teilprojekte zusammen mit dem Business Development und dem Account Management Team
In Kundenterminen übernimmst du die Rolle des Experten
Zudem pflegst du das CRM und bringst Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung des Produkts und neue Strategien mit ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast bereits ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Oder du hast bereits eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit SaaS
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen wie z.B. ERP, Procurement, BI oder BA
Deine Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen C1-Niveau oder besser und deine Englischkenntnisse B2-Niveau oder besser
Du hat bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Solution Engineering / Tech Sales / Solution Sales oder Projektmanagement
Zudem hast du IT Security Erfahrung auf Anbieter-Seite
Du hast bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz / Supply Chain / Nachhaltigkeit oder IT Security

What can you expect?

You are responsible for topics in the areas of IT security (AWS data center / SSO)
You explain the process to customers with the interfaces to other systems such as ERP, Procurement, BI or BA
You are responsible for answering questions on technical topics such as data protection
You process tenders, RFIs and RFPs with regard to the aforementioned topics
You manage sub-projects together with the Business Development and Account Management team
You take on the role of expert in customer meetings
You will also maintain the CRM and contribute ideas for the further development of the product and new strategies

What should you bring along?

You have already completed a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable course of study
Or you already have a commercial apprenticeship
You already have experience with SaaS
You already have experience with interfaces to other systems such as ERP, Procurement, BI or BA
Your German language skills are at C1 level or better and your English language skills are at B2 level or better
You already have several years of professional experience in solution engineering / tech sales / solution sales or project management
You also have IT security experience on the vendor side
You already have knowledge of data protection / supply chain / sustainability or IT security
