Was erwartet dich?

Du erstellst themenspezifische Kampagnen mit Hinblick auf unsere B2B-Zielgruppen in DACH und EMEA.
Du setzt Webinare und Kampagnen organisatorisch um und arbeitest dafür beispielsweise mit den Programmen Hubspot (E-Mail-Marketing Automation Tool), GoTo (Webinar Tool) und Contao (Web Content Management System)
Du verantwortest den Versand und die Auswertung von Direct-Mailing-Kampagnen zur Lead-Generierung
Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Field Marketing und dem Digital Marketing Team, wenn es um die Automatisierung von Kampagnen und das Nurturing von Leads geht
Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung und Durchführung von Webinaren und Events und übernimmst gerne auch mal die Moderation von Webinaren, auf Deutsch und auf Englisch

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Idealerweise absolvierst du gerade ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt auf Kommunikation/ Medien/Marketing/Vertrieb/Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Der Umgang mit Tools und Online-Plattformen fällt dir leicht
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und hast eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise, um mit unserer Zielgruppe professionell zu kommunizieren
Du arbeitest zuverlässig und strukturiert und bist motiviert, gesteckte Ziele zu erreichen
Du interessierst dich für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und aktuelle Entwicklungen in diesem Bereich

Du hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen und anzuwenden und dich aktiv in das Team einzubringen

Du kannst uns mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen. Mehr Stunden sind nach Absprache möglich (z. B. in den Semesterferien)

What can you expect?

You will create topic-specific campaigns for our B2B target groups in DACH and EMEA
You will implement webinars and campaigns using tools such as Hubspot (email marketing automation tool), GoTo (webinar tool) and Contao (web content management system)
You will be responsible for sending and analysing direct mail campaigns to generate leads
Act as an interface between field marketing and the digital marketing team for campaign automation and lead nurturing
You will support us in the planning and execution of webinars and events and are welcome to take on the moderation of webinars in German and English

What should you bring along?

Ideally, you are currently completing a degree with a focus on communications/media/marketing/sales/business administration
You are fluent in German and English and have a very good way of expressing yourself in order to communicate professionally with our target group
You are comfortable using tools and online platforms
You work in a reliable and structured manner and are motivated to achieve set goals
You are interested in sustainability issues and current developments in the field
You enjoy learning and applying new things and actively contributing to the team
You are able to work at least 20 hours per week. More hours are possible by arrangement (e.g. during the semester break)
