We are seeking a Marketing Manager SaaS B2B for North America, with a strong focus on the U.S. enterprise market. This role will be part of a collaborative, multi-functional marketing team, working closely with colleagues across demand generation, content, product marketing, events, and marketing operations.
While this position carries clear ownership and accountability, it is not a standalone role. You will partner with a broader marketing organization and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to design and execute programs that drive qualified pipeline, brand authority, and customer acquisition.
This is an ideal role for a marketer who seeks hands-on execution, values teamwork, and understands how U.S. enterprise buyers evaluate complex, risk-focused technology solutions.

What can you expect?

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting U.S.-based enterprise decision-makers in procurement, supply chain, sustainability, compliance, and risk
  • Own and contribute to email marketing programs (nurture, ABM, event promotion, lifecycle campaigns), working closely with marketing operations and content teams to drive performance
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for named U.S. enterprise accounts in close partnership with sales and fellow marketers
  • Support opportunity creation and acceleration through coordinated campaigns, content, and sales enablement assets

Events & Campaign Execution

  • Partner with content and operations colleagues to plan and execute webinars, in-person & virtual events, and executive briefings for the North American market
  • Contribute to event promotion, audience targeting, registration performance, and post-event follow-up
  • Work with internal subject-matter experts and external vendors to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated events
  • Collaborate on measuring and reporting event impact on pipeline and revenue

Partnerships & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Collaborate with teammates to identify and support strategic North American partnerships (technology partners, advisory firms, industry associations, media, etc)
  • Participate in co-marketing initiatives, joint webinars, and partner-driven demand generation efforts

Analytics, Optimization & Marketing Operations

  • Work with marketing operations and analytics colleagues to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Have a clear understanding of digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, SEO, & GEO
  • Use data to test, learn, and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics in partnership with the team
  • Contribute to a scalable, repeatable go-to-market motion supported by strong processes and tools

What should you bring along?

Experience & Domain Focus

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on US enterprise customers

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or platform businesses, preferably within procurement, supply chain, ESG/sustainability, risk, or compliance domains

  • Proven ownership and execution of email marketing campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline

  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in close collaboration with enterprise sales teams

  • Experience supporting or leading in-person and virtual events

Technical / Methodological Skills

  • Strong technical affinity and confidence working with CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into decisions

  • Comfortable working with KPIs, campaign metrics, and pipeline analytics

Ways of Working & Mindset

  • Structured, execution-focused, and detail-oriented working style

  • Creative and curious, with a strong willingness to test, learn, and iterate

  • High level of ownership, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Strong interest in regulatory, geopolitical, and sustainability-related developments impacting US supply chains

Communication & Collaboration

  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented approach to marketing execution

  • Confident working cross-functionally with sales teams and senior stakeholders

  • Able to clearly position marketing initiatives and align them effectively with sales and leadership priorities

What do we offer?

  • An established, collaborative marketing team that is waiting eagerly for you to join
  • Play a key role in expanding a high-growth North American enterprise business
  • Work on complex, meaningful challenges in supply chain risk and sustainability
  • Influence campaigns and strategy while benefiting from team support and shared expertise
