As our Team Lead SDR (m/f/d), you work closely with Marketing and Sales to shape the strategic setup and ongoing development of our SDR organization. You define how leads are generated, qualified, and handed over across the entire funnel, ensuring that our SDR setup consistently delivers pipeline and scales with the company’s growth. Your focus is on clear processes, measurable performance, and a strong feedback and development culture for both inbound and outbound SDRs.

Own the SDR Strategy
Performance & KPIs
Define, track, and continuously optimize relevant SDR KPIs
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Team Building & Development
Build and develop a successful inbound and outbound SDR team
Coach and support SDRs on a daily basis, with a strong focus on individual development
Foster an open, constructive feedback culture rather than purely top-down management
Processes & Structure
Own and continuously improve SDR processes to ensure scalability and consistency
Drive a structured, disciplined, and process-driven way of working
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall go-to-market execution
What should you bring along?
Experience & Ownership
Several years of experience as an SDR or Senior SDR in a B2B environment
First experience in coaching or guiding peers is a plus, but not a must
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for topics, processes, and results
Understanding of Complex Sales Processes
Solid understanding of complex B2B buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales
Experience working at the intersection of Marketing, SDRs, and Sales
Ability to assess lead quality and position opportunities correctly within the funnel
Coaching & Leadership Skills
High emotional intelligence and strong situational leadership skills
Enjoyment of daily coaching and developing SDRs on an individual level
Ability to give clear, constructive feedback while building trust and psychological safety
Analytics & Structure
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs and performance metrics
Process-driven, structured, and disciplined way of working
Ability to translate data into clear actions and priorities
Communication & Collaboration
Clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communication
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Confident and professional presence in meetings, feedback sessions, and workshops
