The Head of Strategic Marketing & Brand Strategy (m/f/d) is responsible for shaping how IntegrityNext’s long-term vision and innovations translate into clear market direction, positioning, and strategic narratives.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, brand, market insight, and executive storytelling, with a focus not on campaign execution but on defining the strategic framework that connects innovation, company ambition, and market opportunities in a clear and compelling way.
You define how IntegrityNext brings its future vision to market, ensuring innovations are positioned in line with customer needs and market dynamics, and that long-term vision, product evolution, and positioning are consistently aligned.
You guide strategic marketing direction to support long-term differentiation and growth, translating company ambition, market developments, and customer expectations into clear positioning, innovation narratives, and actionable strategic direction.

Innovation positioning and market relevance
  • Lead the positioning of key innovations, strategic initiatives, and future capabilities
  • Ensure product evolution and innovation priorities are framed in a way that is compelling for customers, partners, and the wider market
  • Identify where IntegrityNext has the strongest right to win and translate this into differentiated market narratives
  • Support the strategic framing of innovation launches, new solution areas, and major business initiatives
Corporate positioning and brand strategy
  • Define and evolve IntegrityNext’s overarching brand and market positioning in line with business strategy
  • Build a strong strategic brand platform that reflects both present strengths and future ambition
  • Ensure IntegrityNext’s brand is associated with leadership, innovation, trust, and long-term relevance
Strategic market insight
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, competitive moves, and regulatory changes relevant to IntegrityNext’s future direction
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for innovation narratives, market leadership, and long-term differentiation
  • Bring an outside-in view into leadership discussions on future positioning and strategic priorities
  • Use market and customer insight to challenge, refine, and strengthen strategic direction
Executive narrative and thought leadership
  • Shape executive messaging and high-level storytelling around IntegrityNext’s long-term vision and innovation agenda
  • Support leadership with narratives for keynotes, strategic announcements, flagship events, and major external moments
  • Help establish IntegrityNext as a forward-looking authority in its category
  • Ensure thought leadership is anchored in strategic relevance, not only topical visibility

What should you bring along?

Experience & Domain Focus
  • Significant experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or corporate strategy, ideally in supply chain sustainability
  • Proven track record of shaping positioning, strategic narratives, and market direction at company or solution level
  • Experience working with senior leadership on innovation, growth direction, and market-facing strategy
  • Strong understanding of how long-term vision, product evolution, and market positioning need to align
  • Experience driving strategic marketing topics across US and European markets
Technical / Methodological Skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to connect innovation, market trends, customer needs, and business ambition
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear strategic direction and actionable insights
