As Senior Marketing, Communications and Brand Manager (m/f/d), you will lead communications, customer marketing, flagship events, brand activations, PR initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.

What can you expect?
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and customer channels
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all relevant touchpoints
- Develop and execute brand activation initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and market presence
- Manage marketing materials, messaging, and brand assets with a strong eye for quality and consistency
- Support demand generation and customer engagement activities in close partnership with commercial teams
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship events and brand activations
- Manage events on a highly operational level, including timelines, logistics, vendors, agencies, production, and on-site coordination
- Create engaging brand experiences that strengthen customer relationships and bring the IntegrityNext brand to life
- Oversee event budgets, contracts, supplier management, and post-event reporting, including ROI analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth preparation, clear responsibilities, and high-quality execution
- Lead external communications and PR initiatives that support brand visibility and thought leadership
- Manage media relations, press outreach, and agency coordination
- Develop press releases, messaging, executive communications, and customer-facing content
- Support brand storytelling initiatives across formats and channels
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice across external communications
- Develop customer engagement and advocacy initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships
- Support customer communications, success stories, testimonials, and reference programs
- Partner closely with sales and customer success teams on customer-facing campaigns and events
- Drive initiatives that increase customer loyalty and create meaningful moments of engagement
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, product, customer success, agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping a clear view on timelines, priorities, budgets, and details
- Track relevant KPIs and provide regular performance reporting
- Bring structure, ownership, and operational excellence to complex marketing and communications projects
What should you bring along?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand, event marketing, or a related field
- Strong experience managing large-scale events and brand activations end to end
- Proven experience in PR, external communications, media relations, and customer-facing content
- A strong understanding of customer marketing, engagement strategies, and advocacy programs
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
- International event experience is a bonus
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies
- Experience developing campaign messaging, press materials, executive communications, and customer-facing content
- Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, events, PR, and customer channels
- Confident in tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and translating outcomes into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality
- You enjoy turning ideas into well-executed campaigns, events, and brand experiences
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several priorities at the same time

- You enjoy creating customer-facing experiences and content that build trust, engagement, and brand loyalty
- You are comfortable switching between strategic discussions and operational on-site execution
