As Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our demand generation and digital marketing activities at IntegrityNext. You will take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing execution while contributing strategies and ideas to improve campaign performance, website conversion and organic growth.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation: someone who can analyze performance, identify opportunities and directly execute improvements across channels.

You will work closely with Marketing Operations, Content Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales to turn data, insights and campaign priorities into measurable improvements across our digital channels.
We are looking to hire the person remote in Germany, the position is limited to one year.

What can you expect?

Performance marketing
  • Support the day-to-day management of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, campaign performance and lead generation results
  • Support the setup, launch and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing on regional and topic-specific lead generation campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution and campaign setup
  • Prepare regular performance insights and reporting for internal stakeholders
SEO and organic growth
  • Conduct keyword research and identify SEO opportunities across relevant topics and markets
  • Support on-page SEO optimization for website pages, landing pages and blog content
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing on SEO-driven content ideas, content briefs and optimization recommendations
  • Monitor organic performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Support technical SEO checks and coordinate implementation with internal or external stakeholders where needed
Website and conversion optimization
  • Create, update and optimize website pages and landing pages
  • Ensure campaign landing pages are aligned with messaging, conversion goals and tracking requirements
  • Use analytics and behavior insights to identify website improvement opportunities
  • Support A/B testing, conversion optimization and user journey improvements
  • Keep website content accurate, up to date and aligned with campaign priorities
Analytics, reporting and collaboration
  • Turn performance data into clear recommendations for the marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution and data quality
  • Work with Content Marketing and SEO on content performance and search visibility
  • Partner with Field Marketing on campaign execution and lead generation
  • Support the documentation of campaign setups, optimizations and recurring processes

What should you bring along?

Experience & Domain Focus
  • 6–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong experience in performance marketing, especially paid search and paid social
  • Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization and content performance
  • Experience creating, updating or optimizing website pages and landing pages
  • Familiarity with demand generation, campaign execution and lead generation in a B2B environment
Technical / Methodological Skills
  • Strong practical experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Confidence working with digital marketing data, performance metrics and reporting
  • Ability to translate insights from campaign, website and SEO data into concrete next steps
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Semrush, Amplitude, Hotjar or Contao
  • Understanding of tracking, attribution, landing page performance and conversion optimization

  • Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders across Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing and Sales
  • Ability to flag risks, opportunities and performance insights in a structured way
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • German skills are a plus
