What can you expect?
- Assisting suppliers and B2B users with support inquiries related to our platform
- Responding to inquiries in writing in various languages—clearly, thoroughly, and with a focus on service
- Identifying recurring questions, user errors, or process gaps and sharing relevant insights with the team
- Contributing to the further development and documentation of support processes
- Assisting with digital and AI-driven process improvements
- Flexibly stepping in wherever the team needs additional capacity
What should you bring along?
Experience & Professional Focus
- Currently enrolled in a state-recognized university in Germany
- Availability of 20 hours per week during the academic term
- Ideally, at least 1.5 years remaining in your degree program
- Interest in sustainability, supply chains, ESG, digital platforms, or B2B communication
- Initial practical experience in a B2B environment, with SaaS, or with digital tools is a plus, but not a requirement
- Proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to collect information in a structured manner, document it clearly, and process it reliably
- A meticulous approach to work with an eye for linguistic accuracy, clear phrasing, and attention to detail
- Some exposure to AI tools, process automation, or support systems is helpful but not required
- Enjoyment of learning new things and familiarizing yourself with new technologies and processes
- A reliable, precise, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Team-oriented and willing to provide support wherever help is needed
- Focus and attention to detail, even when handling repetitive or small-scale tasks
- A service-oriented attitude and a commitment to truly helping users
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Friendly, clear, and professional communication with B2B users
- Enjoyment of interacting with people from different countries and business contexts
- Openness to feedback and a passion for developing better solutions together with the team
