What can you expect?
- You’ll support our Product Design team with minor UI and UX improvements for existing products and features
- You’lli mplement your own design tasks in Figma and refine them based on feedback
- Together with the team, you’ll translate product requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions
- You’ll actively contribute to on going product initiatives and help build design capacity across multiple projects
- You’ll maintain and improve design components, existing screens, and UI elements in accordance with our design standards
- Inreviews with senior designers, you’ll receive regular feedback and develop your design skills in a targeted manner
- You’ll support internal design initiatives and test new AI tools or workflows that can make our design work more efficient
- In coordination with Product Design and Product Management,you’lloversee design tasks from theinitialidea through to handover
What should you bring along?
Experience & Professional Focus
- Currently enrolled in a state-accredited college or university, ideally in a field related to design, UX, media, human-computer interaction, or a comparable area
- Initial practical experience in UI, UX, or product design, for example through internships, part-time student jobs, freelance projects, university projects, or personal design projects
- A portfolio that clearlydemonstratesyour design skills, your thought process, and yourpreviousprojects
- Interest in actively contributing to real-world product tasks rather than just observing
- Ideally, availability for at least 12 months
- Proficiency with Figma
- A solid understanding of UI design fundamentals such as layout, typography, visual hierarchy, components, and consistency
- A basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and ideally accessibility
- Initial experience with design systems or component-based design is a plus
- Curiosity about AI-powered design and productivity tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Lovable, Cursor, or v0
