You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk and adjacent teams to create clear ownership, reliable processes and effective management cadences across pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, expansion and customer operations.
You will also guide the Deal Desk Manager, setting priorities and standards while supporting complex commercial topics and ensuring that Deal Desk is well integrated into our wider revenue operating model. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex topics, improving how teams work together and turning operational insights into measurable improvements.

What can you expect?

  • Own the operational RevOps roadmap, request intake and prioritization together with the Director of Revenue Operations
  • Build scalable documentation, playbooks, controls and change-management practices that support consistent execution
Run pipeline & forecasting processes
  • Own the opportunity lifecycle, sales-stage design, data requirements and operational handovers from lead qualification through Closed Won
  • Improve pipeline management through clear expectations, data quality, inspection routines and deal-review processes
  • Run forecasting across New Business, Renewals and Expansions, including methodology, submissions, consolidation and recurring cadences
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to identify risks, gaps and required actions
  • Work closely with Revenue Strategy & Operations on forecast accuracy and scenario analysis
Scale Customer Success & commercial operations
  • Own the operational renewal and expansion lifecycle, including ownership, timelines, milestones and portfolio management
  • Improve Sales-to-CS handovers, onboarding governance and frameworks for adoption, customer health, value realization and risk
  • Establish scalable processes for retention, churn, downsell and expansion management
  • Improve customer whitespace identification and the activation of upsell opportunities
Guide & integrate Deal Desk
  • Guide the Deal Desk Manager by setting clear priorities, objectives and ways of working
  • Provide coaching and support on complex commercial topics and escalations
  • Ensure pricing guardrails, approval processes and quote-to-book workflows support both commercial speed and appropriate governance
  • Integrate Deal Desk into wider revenue processes and cross-functional ways of working
Partner across strategy, systems & teams
  • Work closely with Revenue Strategy & Operations on GTM planning, business performance insights, quotas, incentives and operational priorities
  • Partner with the CRM, Tools & Integrations Lead to translate business needs into scalable workflows, automation, integrations and system controls
  • Provide leadership with clear operational insights, risks, recommendations and progress updates
  • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to reduce manual work, improve data quality and make processes more scalable

What should you bring along?

Experience & Domain Focus
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations or a comparable commercial operations role within B2B SaaS or technology
  • Experience designing, implementing and scaling processes across pipeline management, forecasting, renewals and the customer lifecycle
  • Experience guiding people, functions or complex cross-functional initiatives and creating clarity around priorities and ownership
  • Experience working closely with Deal Desk, Finance and Legal on commercial governance and quote-to-cash processes
  • Experience in an international scale-up or another fast-growing, evolving environment
Technical/Methodolical Skills
  • Good understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, sales processes, forecasting, recurring revenue, renewals, expansion and customer economics
